- The City of Caldwell, Idaho will receive bids for Project Title.Bids are currently due on or before Proposal Submission Time, on Proposal Submission Date.The Project includes the following Work:Construction of a new 24-inch diameter gravity sewer main to provide a permanent gravity bypass for an existing sewer lift station that will be abandoned. Work includes excavation, pipe installation, manhole installation, trenchless casing and pipe installation across 21st Avenue, backfill, testing, and surface restoration. Work also includes connections to existing sewer, abandonment of existing lift station, utility coordination, and CCTV inspection of completed sewer and manholes. A portion of the bypass was completed in 2021. The current project also includes completion of elements of work not completed previously
