The Department of Veterans Affairs. Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Durahm VA Health Care System (VAHCS) intends to enter into a sole source procuremnt with 22 Mils, INC, 1595 McCarthy Blvd., Milpitas, CA 95035.
NAICS code is 513210, Software Publishers. The proposed contract action is to provide 22 Miles Software, technical support, system upgrades, updatesm and remote updates to the software system in accordance with the Performance of Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authroity of FAR 13.106-1(b), Solicitiing from a single source. Contract will be for a period of performance of 05/30/2025-05/29/2029. This notice of intnent is not a request for quotation (RFQ). Interested parties may identify their intreste in the requirment and capabilities to monique.cordero@va.gov no later than 10:30am, May 29,2025. Telephone inquries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government.
(a) Gray Market items are Orginial Manufacturers (OE(b) Vendor shall be am OEM, authorized dealer, authorized ditributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical suppleis, medical equipemnt and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM'S warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service assoscited with the ,edical supplies, medical equipment and/or services ccontracts for maintenance or medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
