The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for:Solicitation Number:IFB224-241 Traffic Signal Construction &Maintenance IDIQProject Scope: The scope of the project includes maintenance and construction on-call services for City of SanMarcos traffic signals. The annual construction volume is estimated to be $150,000.00 per year.ProjectManual, plans, addenda, bid tabulation, etc., are available for download atwww.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.Bidders must submit a cashier-s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. Requests for access to the video conference must be submitted to SRobertson@sanmarcostx.gov at least 30 minutes prior to the pre-bid conference.Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and the bid opening will be conducted via video conference.
