Description : The Northcentral Region of the Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for the chemical treatment of eastern hemlock for hemlock wooly adelgid on 100 acres of State Game Land No. 78, in the Graham township, Clearfield County. The project will involve treating red marked eastern hemlock trees with Cor-tect Imidacloprid tablets. The location of the project is defined on the attached maps of the site. Specific specifications are detailed in the Supplement Pages and Two Attachments of the specifications.The bid shall be awarded on a per acre basis. Bids must be submitted via the PA Supplier Portal, to be found at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us Faxed bids and mailed bids will NOT be accepted.Bids will be publicly opened on January 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM., at the Pennsylvania Game Commission, 2001 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797. This bid should include the unit price per acre. The work may begin when the purchase order is received and the work must be completed by June 25, 2025. No extension of time will be awarded.An optional site inspection tour, which is highly encouraged, will be held on January 10, 2025.
