Description : The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Northeast Region, requires herbicide treatment of approximately 220 acres of Locust trees (Black, Bristly, Honey) in Franklin Township, Bradford County PA as per Attachment 1 - ‘Herbicide Specifications-. This work is requested to aide in the maintenance and improvement of grassland habitats by eliminating competing vegetations primarily consisting of Locust tree species.Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, and equipment for the work as per Attachment 1, herbicide treatment specifications. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation.
