Description : The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for renovations to an existing 2 story (split level design) structure that was originally constructed as a single family residence. The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) uses the existing structure as a dwelling unit for PGC staff for lodging on a temporary basis. The project consists of cosmetic alterations to the dwelling including, new exterior retaining wall block planter(s), concrete patio replacement, exterior windows and door replacement, replacement of exterior finishes including new siding, roofing, fascia trim, soffit, gutters, downspouts and installation of imitation stone veneer over exposed CMU surfaces. The renovations also include the replacement of exterior light fixtures.Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, April 24, at 2:00 PM.
