Description : 24-354 Addendum #1 3/18/202524-354 Hazardous and Non-Conforming Industrial Waste Transportation and Disposal Services for DMV Headquarters and the DMV Print ShopTerm: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Please read and review full scope of work before submitting written questions.Current Contractor: North State EnvironmentalCurrent Contract Term: 4/1/2022 - 3/31/2025Current Contract Amount: $16,530.00Bidder Qualifications:The bidder shall possess a valid Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration from the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC).The Contractor or the processing facility which the Contractor intends to utilize for processing of waste must possess a valid Hazardous Waste Facility Permit from the DTSC.The bidder shall possess a valid Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California DMV. The bidder¿s Motor Carrier Permit shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the Contract.All subcontractors that the Contractor intends to utilize to perform work under the Agreement shall possess the applicable required license(s), permit(s), and registration. In the event the bidder is awarded the Agreement, the Contractor and any subcontractors must maintain these items in good standing for the duration of the Agreement.
