Current Contractor: New Image Landscape CompanyCurrent Contract Term: 6/1/2022 through 5/31/2025Current Contract Amount: $59,040.00Current Contract Monthly Cost: One-time Landscape Cleanup $1,020.00 Weekly Landscape Services $1,555.00 Yearly Landscape Services $1,020.00(Please note that the requested landscape maintenance service frequency for this office has changed for the upcoming contract)Bidder Qualifications:Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business.The bidder shall possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform landscape maintenance services under the contract shall possess a valid C27 contractor license issued by the CSLB.
