The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is requesting quotes for the procurement of configurable waste containers to support our headquarters waste diversion initiatives.
PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW:
Acquisition Type: Fixed-price purchase order under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures Dollar Threshold: $250,000.00 Set-Aside: Small Business Requirement: 175 - 24-gallon cube configurable trash containers Usage: Open floor areas throughout CMS headquarters complexAWARD CRITERIA: Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation. Purchase order award is anticipated within 14 business days following the RFQ response due date.
