- Description : In order to install Remote Emissions Monitoring Devices (REMD) CARB requires the use of mechanical elevated work platforms (e.g. scissor and boom lifts) as well as traffic barricades and large diesel generators. The Contractor shall provide rental services for this equipment, a complete list of the equipment can be found in The attached Scope of Work. The Contractor must provide operator and safety training courses for all mechanical elevated work platforms on the equipment list.
