- The Contractor Shall Provide All Necessary Labor, Tools, Equipment, Materials, And Supplies Required For The Maintenance, Repair, Renovation, Installation, Or Alteration Of Plumbing Systems, Including Pipes, Fixtures, And Any Other Plumbing Components As Requested By The City. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Proper Disposal Of All Materials Generated During The Course Of The Work For The On-call Plumbing Services. The Contractor Must Ensure Their Capability To Perform Work Under This Contract Despite Other Obligations. The Selected Contractor Must Have A Certified Master Plumber With A Valid Class 2 Plumbing Contractor License On Their Staff Throughout The Term Of The Contract.
