Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform courier services to deposit cash and checks and to provide cash change services for various DMV field offices for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.BIDDER REQUIREMENTS: *The bidder must possess a valid Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). The Contractor's Motor Carrier Permit must be in good standing at the time of bid submission and throughout the term of the Agreement. The bidder must submit a copy of their Motor Carrier Permit issued by the DMV with their bid. *The awarded contractor shall ensure that all employees performing services under this Agreement possess a valid and appropriate California driver's license for the type of vehicle being driven. *The bidder must be able to perform all services under this Agreement without the use of subcontractors.The anticipated term of this Agreement is 9/1/2025 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 6/30/2027. Written questions are due 4/29/2025 at 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted 5/6/2025 by 4:30 p.m. Bids are due 5/12/2025 by 11:59 p.m. and MUST be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. .
