Description:
Description : Preventative maintenance services and unscheduled repairs for various printing and mail operations equipment at the DMV Print Shop and DMV Mail Processing Center (MPC). Term: Thirty-Six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.Bidder QualificationsThe bidder's service technicians shall have been directly employed by the bidder for at least three (3) consecutive months and have at least five (5) years' experience with one (1) or more of the various types of equipment listed in Exhibit A - Equipment List. The DMV may request proof at any time during the term of this Agreement. Current Contractor: Advanced Finishing Systems, Inc. Current Contract: $34,000.00 for a 3-year termEstimated Total Contract Cost: $68,770.00 for 3-year term***DVBE participation has been waived.
