- Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform as-needed graffiti removal services at the San Francisco DMV field office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The anticipated term for this Agreement is August 1, 2025 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through July 31, 2028 (3 years). The bidder shall possess a C-33 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Bids are due 6/11/2025 at 11:59 p.m. and MUST be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. The current contractor is The Colores Painting Co., Inc. The current contract is $32,000.00 for a 3-year term.
