Description : Hello Bidder,Purpose and Description of ServicesParking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Compton DMV Field Office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business.The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. * DMV may require awarded contractor to verify registration of vehicle before awarded contract.(1).Written questions regarding SB Bid are due by: 6/11/20253:00 p.m.(2).Written responses to SB Bid questions released by:6/12/20253:00 p.m.(3).Final date for bid submission: 6/19/202511:59 p.m.Estimate for the 3 year term is $63,612.00
