Description : **MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE** Wednesday, June 11, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. 5300 Claremont Avenue, 1st Floor, Oakland, CA 94618Bidders are to meet at Window 5. The Contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform a one-time landscape cleanup service (if needed and authorized by the DMV) and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Oakland Claremont DMV field office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidders must possess a valid C27 license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). The anticipated term for this Agreement is November 1, 2025 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through October 31, 2028. Questions are due 6/17/25 by 4:30 p.m. and must be submitted by e-mail to the Contract Administrator identified in the IFB. Answers will be released 6/19/25 by 4:30 p.m. Bids are due 6/25/25 at 11:59 p.m. and MUST be EMAILED to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. The current contractor is Freitas Landscape and Maintenance. The current contract is $53,760.00 for a three (3) year term.
