Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform one-time drywood termite fumigation services at the Torrance DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement.Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS) as a Certified Small Business.The bidder shall be a registered Branch 3 structural pest control company with the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB). In addition, the bidder shall be a registered Branch 1 structural pest control company with DCA, SPCB OR shall subcontract fumigation services to a Branch 1 structural pest control company. The bidder¿s DCA, SPCB company registration number shall be indicated on the Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet (Attachment 1). The names of all subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize and their DCA, SPCB company registration number shall be indicated on the Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List (Attachment 4). All bidder and subcontractor DCA, SPCB company registrations shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the Agreement.BIDS ARE DUE 09/22 BY EMAIL SUBMISSION ONLY
