Description : **MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE** Tuesday, August 12, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. 542 S. Orchard Avenue, Ukiah, CA 95482 Bidders are to meet at the Start Here window.The awarded contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Ukiah DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidders are required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434). The anticipated term for this contract is September 1, 2025 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through August 31, 2028.Questions are due 8/19/25 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted no later than 4:30 p.m. on 8/21/25.Bids are due 8/25/25 by 11:59 p.m. and must be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. There is no current contract in place. The estimated cost for this project is $93,600.00 (3-year term).
