Description:
Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform asbestos floor remediation, moisture barrier installation, flooring replacement, and cove base replacement at the Hollister DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. Approximately 1,690 square feet of carpet tile and VCT will be removed and replaced with LVT throughout the interior of the building. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is 1/1/2026 ¿ 6/30/2027Mandatory pre-bid conference 11/13/2025 at 10:00 a.m.Questions are due 11/17/2025 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 11/20/2025 by 5:00 p.m. Bids are due 11/30/2025 and must be emailed.
