Description : **MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE** Wednesday, October 29, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. 800 S. Glendora Avenue, West Covina, CA 91790Bidders are to meet at the flagpole. The awarded contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform interior and exterior painting and replacement of cove base at the West Covina DMV Field Office. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.Bidder shall possess a valid C-33 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).The term for this Agreement is forty-five (45) calendar days within the term of 1/1/2026 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 6/30/2027.Questions are due 11/6/2025 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted on 11/13/2025 by 4:30 p.m.Bids are due 11/19/2025 by 11:59 p.m. and MUST be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. The estimated cost for this project is $60,000.00.
