Description : You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 25-293 ¿ Rain Gutter Removal, Fabrication, and Installation Services at the El Cajon DMV Field Office. Purpose and Description of Services: Rain gutter removal, fabrication, and installation services for the El Cajon DMV Field Office. Term: Ten (10) calendar days within a term of twelve (12) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.Estimated Total Contract Cost: $37,950.00Bidder Qualifications: The bidder shall possess a valid C-43 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract. All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract. See IFB for all Bidder Qualifications.Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on 12/10/2025 at the El Cajon DMV Field Office at 1450 Graves Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92021 (Meeting at the flagpole), for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding this IFB.Written questions due by 10:00 a.m. on 12/11/2025.Written responses to questions released by 5:00 p.m. on 12/12/2025....
