- Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to install, reconfigure, repair, lift, adjust, disassemble, palletize, inventory, store and transport new, existing, and surplus freestanding modular systems furniture (MSF) components manufactured by California Correctional Training Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA, formerly Prison Industry Authority [PIA]), AllSteel, Aspects, and Haworth and required MSF work for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.BIDDER REQUIREMENTS:Bidder shall possess a valid C-61/D34 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Bidder shall possess a valid Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California DMV.Bidder shall provide references from three (3) different government agencies showing successful performance of Modular Systems Furniture (MSF) and storage services similar to those specified in Exhibit A. Provided references must be from services performed within the last five (5) years. The anticipated term for this Agreement is 3/1/2026 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 2/28/2029.
