THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Government is seeking information on the service contract to provide coordination, support and fitness equipment, setup, and planning services for use at The National Mall Park in Washington D.C. in support of the HQDA 250th US Army Birthday - Fitness Competition as a part of the US Army-s Birthday Celebration to be held 14 June 2025. Contractor must Be prepared to setup 12 June 2025 not before ground protective covering is laid down and be completed no later than 1200 on 13 June 2025 and competition event on 14 June 2025. Tear down to take place at the conclusion of the event and completed no later than 1800 on 15 June 2025.
The place of delivery will be: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at The National Mall, DC 23rd St NW, Washington, DC 20024 located within the National Park Service, Washington, DC. If unforeseen circumstances occur to cancel the HQDA 250th US Army Birthday - Fitness Competition the Government will notify the Contractor before the event, 14 June 2025 at 07:00 a.m. - Documents:
