Tender are invited for The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Planning Section is soliciting professional planning services for federally mandated transportation-related air quality conformity analysis within the Fairbanks North Star Borough for both long-range and short-term planning requirements.A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.
