- This Project Will Require All Survey, Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Quality Control, Etc., For The 90% Design To Produce A Gmp For The Construction Of The New Boat Rock Road Sanitary Sewer Extension.¿ This Project Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following:¿ The Proposed Project Includes Installing Approximately 24,000 Linear Feet Of 8¿ Sanitary Sewers. The New Sewers Are Broken Into The General Streets, As Shown Below. Boat Rock Road And Binford Place:¿ Approximately 8,350 Lf. Of 8¿ And 10¿ Diameter Sewers¿ Campbellton Road And New Hope Road: Approximately 7,800 Lf. Of 8¿ And 10¿ Sewers Elva Drive And In An Easement: Approximately 7,850 Lf. Of 8¿ And 10¿ Sewers Provide Sewer Lateral Connections To Approximately 150 - 160 Properties. The Design Approach Is To Place The Proposed Sewer Line Within The Roadway Right-of-way And Minimize The Need For New Easement Acquisition Unless Required By Hydraulic Limitations. Fulton County Has Run The Hydraulic Model And Provided The Pipe Diameters For The Proposed Sewers.
