• Description : 26-003 Telephonic Interpretation Services for the DMV Legal Affairs DivisionCurrent Contractor: Accent On Languages, IncCurrent Contract Term: 9/7/2023 - 6/30/2026Current Contract Total Cost : $35,081.30Current Contract Rate Per Minute: $1.45Please read and review entire solicitation before submitting any and all inquiries.Upcoming Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications:Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS) as a Certified Small Business.All contractor personnel that will be utilized to perform services under the contract shall undergo and clear a background check prior to performing any services under the contract. Background checks shall be processed by an authorized Department of Justice (DOJ) Live Scan site. All contractor personnel that fail to pass the background check shall be banned from performing any services under the contract, and the contractor shall propose replacement personnel immediately. When requested by the contractor, the DMV will provide contractor personnel with authorized DOJ Live Scan services at DMV Headquarters in Sacramento, CA at no cost to the contractor¿s personnel, unless the DMV no longer offers the services to contractors.
