- This project includes four handball/racquetball courts as well as the mezzanines that overlook each area. The court, new handrail at the mezzanine, and new glass door are to be provided and installed by Kent Taylor at Sports Unlimited. Sports Unlimited will be required as a subcontractor for this project. The general contractor is responsible for demolition and plastering on the back wall up to 8' in height extending the entire width, repainting all walls, removing flooring and mezzanine grates, and saw-cutting the existing door frame to enlarge it for the installation of new doors..
