Description:
New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request forProposals (“RFP”) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services inconnection with the construction of Loop Ground Storage Tank Improvements (the “Project”).The Project has been designed by Freese and Nichols, Inc. The Project is anticipated toinclude some or all of the following items within its scope: (i) demolition of existingLoop 337 GST pump station facilities; (ii) installation of pumps, motors, valves, flowmeter, electrical improvements, SCADA, instrumentation controls, security controls,VFDs, and electrical building; (iii) storm water pollution prevention; (iv) installation offencing and gates; (v) site grading; (vi) retaining wall; (vii) restoration; and (viii) all otherappurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
