“Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."
The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a 26K Modular Aircraft Shoring Ramp. This is a brand name or equal requirement IAW FAR 52.211-6. The preferred product is a '26K HelMAS/DAMAS ramp assembly consisting of: 3-Leg 26K HeIMAS w/CRA Shoring Kit (qty 1), 3-Leg 26K HeIMAS UNDER Kit (qty 1), 26K DAMAS Miscellaneous Stands Set (qty 1)", but a product that meets the salient characteristics listed in Attachment 4 could also be considered technically acceptable. Please see Attachment 4 - Salient Characteristics for details. All components must be certified by ATTLA # 2012.02.06.02 Rev 1.

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336413. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
