This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01and DFARS change notice 2023-02. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 and the size standard is #750 of people. This is a requirement for Load Bank 270 VDC. The quote shall be effective for 30 days after submission.
