NOTICE TYPE: Pre-Solicitation

TITLE: Individual Buy for OEM Honeywell International supporting F18- Pneumatics, Sole
Source Contract

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a sole source contract which will include an Individual Buy including FSC 2835 to support F18/ Pneumatics. A total of one LSN is targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 2835-LLNC04571 will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis. The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Honeywell International CAGE: 59364.

The proposed contract will be for a total of 360 days period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract will be a fixed price effort.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation SPEFA525R0001. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at DIBBS RFP/IFB/Other RFQs Search Page (dla.mil) on the issue date cited.
