This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FARSubpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Thesolicitation number is W91151-25-Q-A011. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporated provisionsand clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025 andDFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 17 January 2025.
MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for two (2) 1,000 Gallon Diesel Fuel Trucks. TheNorth American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 - Other Commercialand Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, Business Size Standard $40,000,000. This requirementis a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for fullrequirement details.
