The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) has a requirement to rent three (3) Diesel-Poweredmobile tier 4 generator with built in fuel tank. Though an automatic internal load bank to preventlight loading is an advantage the government will accept an external load bank that is completelyself-contained and freestanding which includes all resistive and reactive load elements.
