The tent will be used for outdoor events and summer camp.The 30- x 50- Navi-Trac White Tent specifications may be obtained through the Town-s website: https://www.townofwarren-ri.gov/residents/employment_proposals/index.php Sealed bids for 30- x 50- Navi-Trac White Tent will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:15 am on Thursday February 27, 2025, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerks Office, 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI). The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
