BACKGROUND:Annually, the 316th Wing hosts a Small Business Summit with approximately 200 attendees. At the 316th Wing Small Business Summit, business, military, and local leaders meet to share information with small businesses and discuss avenues for meeting future requirements at Joint Base Andrews. The Smart Center on JBA has been reserved for our event.
The 316th Wing Small Business Summit is free of charge and open to all businesses, small and large. Members of the 316th Contracting Squadron will be present with various Mission Partners from Joint Base Andrews to meet with Small Businesses. This event will begin at 8 AM on Friday, 30 May and include requirements briefs and presentations from local government to highlight resources and programs for small businesses, followed by networking time and optional breakout rooms.
