This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to occupies medical office and related space located at 202 Heritage Park Drive, Murfreesboro TN 37129. The Government intends to enter into a real property lease contract to lease 15,000 rentable square feet (RSF) 11,111 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA), with a minimum of 40 parking spaces, for utilization as the Murfreesboro as Built lease.The lease term requirement is for a total of ten (10) years firm term.The leased space shall be in an area bordered by the following boundaries:North Boundary: Thompson Lane (Hwy 268)South Boundary: Northfield Blvd.West Boundary: Broad Street (US 41)East Boundary: Lascassas Pike (Hwy 96)SDVOSB and VOSB firms are invited to provide information to contribute to the market research for this project.
