The Contractor shall provide Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services to the New Orleans VA Medical Center in accordance with the Statement of Objective (SOO).
The awarded contract performance period is estimated to be October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, plus four (4), one (1) year ordering periods exercisable at the sole discretion of the Government.
See Section E.1 for instructions. Forms altered in any way to include contractor letterhead, logo, etc will not be accepted.
