This is a Presolicitation Notice A Request for Quote posted on or about February 05, 202536C25725Q0243, Awning Installation Bldg. 8The North Texas VA Health Care System has a requirement for construction services to install an awning at the rear entrance of VA Police Office Bldg. 8. Work will be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas TX 75216-7167.The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment and supervision to perform the required work to build and install a new awning, to include testing all drains and repairing or replacing as needed on Bldg. 8. All work must comply with Federal, State, and Local Regulations.The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190 with a small business size standard of $19.0M. The magnitude of this project isÂ less than $25,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.The point of contact for this project is Contract Specialist Cassandra S.
