The El Paso Veteran Affairs Health Care System (EPVAHCS) Medical Center currently has a requirement for a project to Repair Building Envelope: Restore and repair building envelope and moisture protection systems infrastructure at the El Paso Veteran Affairs Health Care System (EPVAHCS) Medical Center, located at 5001 N. Piedras Street, El Paso, Texas 79930.The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment to restore and repair the building envelope and moisture protection systems at the EPVAHCS Medical Center. Restoration and repair of the building envelope and moisture protection systems to include but not limited to the roof, skylights, windows, brick walls, pre-cast concrete panels and any building wall and roof penetrations.The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
