Please read the entire document.The Department of Veterans Affairs VA San Francisco Healthcare System is seeking Architectural/Engineering Firms to submit Standard Form (SF) 330 for Project 662-23-703CL, EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Clear Lake Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The project is overseen by the VA San Francisco Healthcare System, San Francisco, California but project location is Clear Lake CBOC, 15145 Lakeshore Drive, Clear Lake, CA 95422.I. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTA. The nature of this requirement is to support Veterans Health Administration s (VHA) change to the new Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM). The design requires upgrades to correct deficiencies in the CBOC. The work includes Cooling, Electrical, and Cabling as specified below: Cooling: Provide 1.5 ton ductless mini-split condenser to be located on roof; Rooms shall have new combination temperature and humidity monitoring and/or controls providing one (1) temperature and humidity sensor per rack and connecting to BMS; Piping over shall be relocated or install pipe trough with floor tape-type leak detector; Install condensate leak detection system with commercial condensation pump; and provide NIC to communicate with BMS system. Electrical: Current insufficient redundant power connections require providing (2) 30A, 208V, 5 wire NEMA L21-30R receptacles, each power from an independent power source, mounted near the equipment rack containing the zone PDU; Provide UPS with minimum 30 minute run time capacity and redundant, hot swappable batteries; Install copper grounding bus bar; Provide bonding conductors to non-energized metal surfaces per VA Telecommunications and Special Telecommunications Systems Design Manual; and Provide grounding cable to MDF ground bar; Provide grounding conductor to nearest TR per VA Telecommunications and Special Telecommunications Systems Design Manual.Cabling: Install new fiber optic cabling; Replace all c... - Documents:
