THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENTThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26125Q0914 on a brand name or equal basis on/around August 29, 2025, for the purchase of a Mammography Tracking Software System.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement and is an Open Market solicitation. All RFQ details shall be included in the solicitation. All amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/home.Interested firms are reminded that, in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award.
