THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.Project No.: None.Project Title: ACC Munters Replacement Controller Upgrade, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of VA Pacific Islands Health Care System.Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Honolulu campus has a requirement to ACC Munters Replacement Controller Upgrade in accordance (IAW) with the draft statement of work (SOW). Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all the requirements listed in this notice. See attached documents.All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW is being posted along with the redacted sole source justification for review and will be released with solicitation posting.
