NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; Small Business Size Standard: $45M.
In accordance with FAR 36.204(d) -- Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
This is a firm-fixed price design-build construction requirement. Offeror shall furnish all design, labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, profit to design and construct roof replacement EPDM rubber roof of Building 5 in accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings.
Place of Performance is at VA San Francisco Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA, 94121.
Period of Performance: 240 calendar days
This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Trade-off Process (FAR 15.101-1) and FAR Part 36 - Two-Phase Design - Build Selection Procedures (FAR 36.3).
This procurement is a total service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Public Law 109-461 is the final authority on SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be verified in SBA DSBS the time submission offer and prior to award. SBA DSBS Link: https://search.certifications.sba.gov/. SBA DSBS will be used as the official source for SDVOSB verifications for this solicitation until further notice from the SBA.
A pre-proposal conference and site visit has been scheduled on Wednesday, July 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM(PDT), at Building 1 outside of the Parking lot, VA San Francisco Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA, 94121. Offerors are strongly recommended to attend this site visit, but it is not mandatory.
