The Government requests that interested parties review the Description of Construction and provide the proposal information to the Contracting Officer, Jose Hernandez, at Jose.Hernandez1@va.gov and the Contract Specialist, Nicole Renfrew, at Nicole.Renfrew@va.gov, by 9:00 AM PDT on August 13, 2025.The contractor must provide construction services for Power Upgrade to the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) McClellan Bldg. 98, located at 5342 Dudley Blvd, McClellan Park, CA 95652.
