This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the delivery and installation of 1 EA Axis P3737-PLE Panoramic camera, or equal, 1 EA new cat6 drop from server room to the new camera location, and 1 EA Axis S2208 Camera Server, or equal to McConnell AFB, Kansas. This is a brand name or equal requirement, please see attachment 1- Product Specifications for detailed salient characteristics and installation requirements. Also, see attachment 3- Floor Plan for camera and server room location (approximately 70 feet). The 82d contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The applicable NAICS code is 334310, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.
The solicitation number is FA302025Q0045 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ- 373 TRS Det 308- Security Camera” for the RFQ format.
