Description:
Sealed Bids will be received by Orange Water and Sewer Authority from Bidders until 2:00 P.M., local time, on 9th , December, 2025 for CIP No. 378-07, Project: "OFFSITE BIOSOLIDS STORAGE TANK 2 CLEANING" at the Orange Water & Sewer Authority (OWASA), in the Administrative Offices, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina 27510, at which time the Bids received will opened and read aloud. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Lump Sum General Construction Contract. The Contractor shall have a valid North Carolina General Contractor's License for the type and value of the work to be performed. The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete cleaning of Biosolids Storage Tank #2 as described below: Biosolids Storage Tank #2 is a glass-lined, bolted steel, open, flat-bottomed storage tank. It is approximately 91 ft in diameter, with a height of approximately 30 ft. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, water, and all associated appurtenances as required to remove all contents and clean the interior of Biosolids Storage Tank #2. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required.
