This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is for information only; a solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The Government requires the procurement of follow-on annual maintenance for an existing Nano Dimension branded 3D Electronics Printer for a base and four option years, and intends to negotiate a sole-source award for this requirement with Nano Dimension USA, Inc. 300 5th Ave, Waltham, MA 02451-8778. The relevant Nano Dimension USA, Inc. product code and associated description for the required annual maintenance is as follows:

DragonFly Comprehensive Annual Maintenance
The Government has determined that other companies' products do not meet or cannot be modified to meet the Government's requirements. Previously, in August 2023, the Government purchased a Nano Dimension branded 3D Electronics Printer on a sole-source basis from Nano Dimension USA, Inc., which is currently in service. Included in the cost of the initial printer purchase was one (1) year of annual maintenance to include, among other things, remote support, up to two (2) sets of replacement print heads, preventative maintenance kits, software updates, etc., which began at the time of installation of the machine. As the one (1) year of annual maintenance that was included with the initial printer purchase has now concluded, follow-on maintenance is required in order to keep the machine fully functional, up to date (in terms of software), and a turnkey solution for making circuit board... - Documents:
