The Air Force is seeking companies that have the capability to deliver a data migration solution and application configuration work within 3DX. The contractor will be expected to maintain app config code and out of the box (OOTB) overall functionality, support the 3DX Authority to Operate (ATO), while deploying a data migration solution. 3DX integrates other supporting applications, including 3DX/Enovia for support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Business activities, Cameo and Teamwork Cloud (TWC) for model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities, and CATIA for computer aided design (CAD) functionality into a single environment. All of the above data types would need to be included in the data migration solution. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paper addressing the following questions:
3.2 General Capabilities3.2.1 Does the attached Statement of Work (SOW) provide you with a sufficient understanding of the work required? If not, please specify what additional information would be needed to understand the requirement.3.2.2 Please include a brief description of how you would develop a data migration solution. Alternatively, if you plan on utilizing an existing application, please provide additional specifications.3.2.3 What team configuration do you feel would be needed to complete the digital threading work in a timely manner? Please provide your suggested FTE and labor mix, along with the estimated timeframe.3.2.4 Is the app configuration effort, of Phase II of the attached SOW, something your company is able to complete, or would you require the help of a sub-contractor?3.2.5 Do you have any additional questions or suggestions, that you believe would be helpful for this data migration and app config effort?
