Description
The 3rd Infantry Division and Fort Stewart are modernizing their digital infrastructure with a fully scalable, internally managed common operating picture (COP) and data analytics capability. This platform is designed to ingest data from systems of record and provide data that is visible, accessible, understandable, linked, trusted, interoperable and secure. The ability to integrate near real-time data is designed to collectively save time across the organization and transform business practices. This transformation of business practices will allow a natural progression of analytics to aid decision making and ease administrative burden. This requirement shall require contractor analysis, products and reports. Fulfillment of skillset requirements shall be reported/tracked via a staffing matrix which shall include the position, name of individual that fulfills each of the requirements in section 3.0 of this document, as well as years of experience as noted in the following paragraphs. Staffing matrix shall be included in the monthly status report. Client requires subject matter expertise and technical management of data collection, data storage, data transformation, analytics, and data visualization.
