Description : The Department of Vehicle Services is seeking providers to conduct Motorcycle Safety Training to Pennsylvania residents.There is no goal for Small Diverse Businesses (SDB) or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) on this solicitation, but Offerors are encouraged to subcontract to SDB and VBE firms. PennDOT-s Diverse Business (DB) program still applies to this procurement.THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE VIEWED ON JAGGAER. PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.
